Jhalani Extrusion (A Unit of P.R.C.M. Metal Ltd) manufactures and exports aluminium profiles, ingots, and extrusion products — with every process from melting to dispatch under one 30,000 m² roof at Neemrana.

What We Do — Integrated Manufacturing

End-to-end manufacturing

Billet to packed profile.

We operate as a vertically integrated aluminium manufacturer — not a trader or single-process supplier. Melting, extrusion, heat treatment, anodizing, powder coating, spectro verification, and mechanical testing are all controlled within our Neemrana facility, reducing lead times and ensuring consistent quality for architectural, industrial, electrical, and export programmes.

Certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the manufacture and export of aluminium profile, ingots, and extrusion product. BIS certified company with in-house spectro facility on every production batch.

Our Neemrana campus runs five extrusion presses — two at 1000MT, two at 700MT, and one at 1600MT — producing door and window sections, architectural hardware, channels, and custom industrial profiles. Wire Rod Manufacturing

Established in 2023 through Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd., our dedicated CCR wire rod plant produces electrical-grade aluminium rod meeting IEC 60889 and ASTM B233. Monthly capacity of 2,000 metric tonnes in 1350, 6101, and 6201 alloys supports power transmission, distribution, and conductor applications.

ADC12, LM6, LM4 · custom alloys

In-house aluminium alloy ingot production with spectro-verified composition across ADC12, LM6, LM4, LM24, and bespoke grades. Produced to JIS, BS1490, and ASTM B85 standards for die-casting, sand casting, and re-melt supply. ADC12 serves automotive die-casting; LM alloys support sand and gravity casting foundries.

On-site anodizing for hard and decorative finishes on architectural and industrial profiles. Sulphuric acid anodizing with electrolytic colouring for window frames, curtain walling, handrails, and trim. HE9 and 6060 alloys offer excellent anodizing response for architectural programmes.
