Press fleet

700MT to 1600MT.

Five extrusion presses give us the flexibility to run light-gauge electrical sections on 700MT lines and heavy structural hollow profiles on our 1600MT press. Two 1000MT presses handle high-volume architectural and industrial production. In 2022, capacity expanded from 700MT to 1600MT with four additional presses.

Door and window sections, architectural hardware, channels, and custom industrial profiles — all produced with in-house die tooling across 7,000+ dies.

Production began at Neemrana, Rajasthan — strategically located in the Japanese Zone and RIICO Industrial Area. The 30,000 m² campus integrates every process from melting through dispatch, supporting architectural, industrial, electrical, and export programmes.

Wire rod plant — 2023

2,000 MT per month.

Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2023 with a state-of-the-art CCR wire rod plant. Monthly production capacity of 2,000 metric tonnes in 1350, 6101, and 6201 EC-grade alloys — meeting IEC 60889 and ASTM B233 for power transmission and conductor applications.

1979

Business Founded

PRCM Metal Ltd. established by Mr. Prahlad Rai and Mr. Chandar Mohan in ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

1997

Restructured as PRCM Metal Ltd.

Operations reorganized to scale capability and market reach across industrial metals.

2008

Jhalani Extrusion Established

First extrusion press installed at Neemrana — dedicated aluminium extrusion manufacturing begins.

2012

Alloy Ingot Production

Aluminium alloy ingot manufacturing commenced at 300–400 metric tonnes capacity.

2022

Press Capacity Expansion

Extrusion capacity expanded from 700MT to 1600MT with four additional presses — five presses total.

2023

Wire Rod Plant

Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd. commissioned — state-of-the-art CCR plant with 2,000 MT/month capacity.
