Jhalani Extrusion is a unit of P.R.C.M. Metal Ltd. — a BIS certified company and an ISO 9001:2015 certified organisation. The enterprise began in 1979 under Mr. Prahlad Rai and Mr. Chandar Mohan as a ferrous and non-ferrous metals business, earning trust through disciplined supply and technical understanding of industrial buyers.
In 1997 the organisation was restructured as PRCM Metal Ltd. By 2008 that trading foundation became manufacturing: Jhalani Extrusion was established at Neemrana to produce precision aluminium profiles for architecture, construction, transport, and industry. In 2012 in-house alloy ingot casting was added (300–400 MT capacity), securing metal quality at source.
Capacity and scope kept expanding — extrusion scale stepped up through 2022 with presses including a 1,600 MT line, and in 2023 Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd. brought wire rod production online at roughly 2,000 MT per month. Today a 30,000 m² campus across the Japanese Zone and RIICO Industrial Area unites extrusion, foundry, finishing, die development, and a fully equipped QA laboratory under one roof.

2008
Manufacturing began at Neemrana with a dedicated aluminium extrusion unit — converting trading expertise into precision profile production.
2012
In-house aluminium alloy ingot production commenced with an initial foundry capacity of 300–400 metric tonnes, securing upstream metal control.
2022
Extrusion capacity advanced with heavy-press capability culminating in a 1,600 MT press — enabling larger, more complex architectural and industrial sections.
2023
Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd. established as a wire rod manufacturing plant with approximately 2,000 MT monthly capacity, extending the group’s integrated value chain.

A Neemrana manufacturing complex spanning Japanese Zone and RIICO Industrial Area — extrusion, casting, finishing, R&D dies, and certified QA under one coordinated system.
